The multi-layer material consists of stainless steel with a triple aluminum core that quickly and evenly conducts heat from the bottom to the edge of the pan. The two-layer non-stick coating offers maximum durability and a long-lasting non-stick effect, ensuring that food, including protein-rich items like meat, fish, or eggs, easily slides out of the pan. The closed pouring rim allows for clean pouring, while the ergonomically shaped, heat-insulating handles ensure safe handling. The pan can be used on all types of cooktops, including induction hobs.
