This Japanese Santoku kitchen knife from Tsubazo features a blade made of stainless Daido 1K6 steel with a hammered finish. The Pakkawood handle with a plastic bolster fits comfortably in the hand for both right- and left-handed users due to its oval shape. This Santoku knife has a double-sided edge and is used in Asian cuisine for preparing vegetables, fish, and meat. It is not dishwasher safe.
