Schlusslicht des Tests ist die KÜCHENMASCHINE Kompakt Modell 78501 von UNOLD. Die Messer lassen sich teilweise schwer Einsetzen und das Raspeln in feie Streifen geht nur mühsam von der Hand. Teig kann nur in geringen Mengen vermengt werden, da der recht kleine Behälter sonst überläuft. Beim Aufschlagen konnten hingegen gute Ergebnisse erzielt werden.
