Due to the very good binding and the open-pore structure of the sharpening stones, fresh sharpening particles are continuously released during sharpening. This combined sharpening stone has two different fine sides. A coarse side for preliminary sharpening and a fine side for final sharpening. Combination stone with grit J3000 / 8000. For touch-ups (J3000 grit) and removing the fine burr as well as polishing the edge (J8000 grit). Use only water! The stone becomes worthless when used with oil.
