A classic in the kitchen is the chef's knife. The Yaxell ZEN chef's knife features a core made of stainless VG10 steel, which is clad on both sides with 18 layers of stainless carbon steel damask, resulting in a damask appearance with a total of 37 layers.

The part of the blade that extends towards the spine has a polished hammer finish that contrasts sharply with the matte lines of the damask pattern towards the edge.

The handle is made of robust linen micarta with a wood-like appearance.

The blade is secured to the handle with two stainless steel rivets. Technical specifications:
