After a day of use, the middle bar started to move up. It is now completely in the air (not like in the picture). The side legs are also not straight either. It might continue bending upwards. Can it be returned?

Don't worry, this is normal and is the effect of wood getting wet, warm, cold, ... and expanding. I had the same situation and it will get better over time. Bamboo has elasticity.
