I received my copy yesterday and tested it. Basically I'm super satisfied, but now comes the big "but": As soon as I run the multi-surface brush over my short-pile carpet, the rotating brush roller gets jammed and the vacuum cleaner stops. I can only vacuum over the carpet with the slider open and on the lowest setting, and even then the brush roller occasionally gets jammed. With my deep-pile carpet, nothing works at all, the brush roller stalls immediately and the vacuum cleaner stops. Has anyone had a similar experience?
