Question about Continenta Multifunctional cutting board
Is it a soft wood? I'm asking because I bought a slightly higher quality knife (Damascus) in Japan and don't want to break it. According to the pictures, it is head wood, but what does it look like in terms of hardness?
The board is perfect in the kitchen. We also have high-quality kitchen knives and of course we only use them to cut wood. The knife is not damaged in the process. Regular sharpening is necessary for every high-quality knife.
