The unit was delivered with a shock-proof plug but without an adapter. Unfortunately, I cannot put the unit into operation like this!

Unfortunately with adapter, Schuko cable is permanently connected to the device.

It was a gift, so I'm not sure, but it can definitely be used in CH. Because it was already in use.
