Question about Deerma Electric Hot Water Mug DR035S
It seems to me that the problem is known and unfortunately the description is still not detailed. It is strongly recommended that the important details are described. We live in Switzerland and I buy the product in Switzerland. So it can also be expected that Swiss plugs are available for these appliances. When we travel abroad, I have an adapter with me. However, it is not acceptable that I have to have an extra adapter for the EURO plugs just because they are not supplied. Thank you for the information on which plug will be supplied in the meantime.

Digitec (or any other Swiss dealer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied.
If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge.

Unfortunately, it was only delivered with a EURO plug!
I also received a cable with a Swiss plug with the order for this device. So it could be used immediately and without an adapter or anything.
The distribution of electrical appliances with a foreign plug (especially a Schuko plug) is generally prohibited in Switzerland, as live parts can be touched when attempting to plug them into the socket or through incorrect manipulation of the plug connection. In addition, such plugs can be overloaded during operation and thus cause a fire.
