Question about Unold Luigi
The stove is over 1/3 more expensive here than in Germany. This cannot be explained with "purchase via several suppliers". Especially as you sell it in your own DE webshop for less than 200 EUR and others list it even cheaper. As a potential buyer, I feel a bit fooled... Is there a CH unique selling proposition? CH plug? Pizza pusher included?
That's exactly how I see it!
In Germany, Selgros even had the oven for €153 at times.
These are always standard answers from Galaxus, but they don't justify the exorbitant prices in any way.
Save yourselves these 0815 answers, do you think we customers are stupid?
I bought the oven for 218 CHF (ordered 15.9.2023), but still felt like I was being taken for a ride!
It's not fair of Galaxus, you're trying to fleece Swiss customers wherever you can.
If you didn't have such fabulously good customer service, I would have turned my back on you a long time ago!
But I'm pretty sure that this won't be dealt with here.
Good evening, I bought Luigi from Galaxus for almost 50 € less.
Super fast shipping and great customer service.
Amazon Italy sells it for €250.
If you are interested in Luigi consider buying the Casapulla biscuit. The cordierite stone heats up immediately but cools very quickly.
