This is the second time that I've ordered an item which you cannot deliver. Why do you offer items when you don't know if they are available?

Our distributors have the possibility to add the estimated delivery time directly into our system to provide the most recent updates to our customers. Unfortunately, it can happen that even the distributor can't give any further information regarding the delivery time or has exceeded the estimated delivery date.
