I just filled the bowls with water.
The big one is almost 2 litres, but then it is full to the brim. I think you can still handle the bowl with 1.5 litres.
The small one is filled to the brim with 0.5 litres.

The large bowl measures 265x325mm, the two small ones measure 162x176mm each.
The height of all 3 bowls is 38mm.

I don't know how many litres, I have never filled it with liquids.

But I can definitely recommend the board.
