All accessories for the water connection were included for me. Problem-free assembly.
Empty refill containers are not included in the delivery. Instead, a starter set with 2 Twindos cartridges and detergent tabs was included.
My delivery also included a voucher to order 3x UltraPhase 1 cartridges and 2x UltraPhase 2 cartridges (Twindows) of detergent online via the Miele app free of charge (125 washes / half-yearly requirement).
We have been using the washing machine for 4 months now and are very satisfied.
