Continenta Multifunctional cutting board
What kind of wood is it? As far as I can tell, it is not a native wood species but rather a "cheap" tropical wood. I can't quite understand why the type of wood is not specified for a product like this. If that were the case, these products would probably sell less well. How do customers or Galaxus see this problem? Any opinions?
If you have such a problem with the wood, just buy a cutting board from your trusted carpenter.
The front wood is made of rubber tree.
I don't know the type of wood. However, I have been using it for about 2 years now and am very satisfied. I rinse it frequently under hot water. This prevents it from absorbing the smell of food. Fat residues (e.g. when cutting bacon) work their way out over time. I find the quality of the containers very good and they are also dishwasher safe. Conclusion: I am very satisfied with it.
