Hello, the stone is cordierite.
I also use Casapulla biscuit, which is ideal for Neapolitan pizza.
It is absolutely superior to the Sage and also to the Man Volt and not only for price/quality ratio
I was very sceptical about the performance of this oven, but after the first few pizzas I changed my mind. Buy it and enjoy.

The question about the stone has already been answered. And I can confirm that the oven works perfectly. It reaches 400°C after 20-30 minutes. You can buy it without hesitation.
