When strength training with dumbbells, changing the weight plates should be fast and safe. To allow for an uncomplicated changing of weights, you can use the Olympia quick release fasteners 50/51 mm. With their safe insurance mechanism, the clamps ensure a quick change and securing of the weight plates. They are suitable for weight bars with a diameter of 50/51 mm. The rubber coating on the inside of the quick-release fasteners provides special protection of the barbell bar from scratches. Together with a 50/51 mm barbell and the suitable weight plates, nothing stands in the way of your strength training and you can lift weights without worries.
