Comparison with SoFlow 01 (the first)
Throttle control Power delivery
SoFlow 1 - smooth start-up, you can ride comfortably even in the middle of a dense crowd of people
SoFlow 3 - due to the full throttle only concept, it is hardly possible to drive in a crowd.
Obstacles
SoFlow 1 - battery is in the handlebar. Therefore good ground clearance. No damage to technical elements by getting stuck.
SoFlow 3 - Battery is the step bed. Unfortunately low mounted. You clearly get stuck more often. Again and again the battery is dragged/struck. Eventually it will break down, as there is no efficient protection for it.
Jerky braking
SoFlow 1 - Electric front brake. Does not apply immediately resulting in jerky braking too hard. Rear brake the usual via mudguard. Unfortunately not guided, which leads to uneven lateral wear.
SoFlow 3 - Front disc brake. No connection to the motor (!). Cheap material which makes braking very jerky. Even less predictable than SoFlow 1. Rear brake does NOT exist!
Extra: The product description advertises energy recovery during braking. Simply non-existent. It is obvious that the front brake has no physical connection to the motor. In my opinion, this is pure fraud
Display
SoFlow 1 Small but very easy to read display. Km/h indication with xx.x indication
SoFlow 3 Huge display that is still easy to read from 10 metres. But heavy and only with xx indication, so no detailed Km/h indication.
Wheels
SoFlow 1 Hard and slippery. But indestructible
SoFlow 3 Already had a flat tire 15km). I wanted to take it to a bike dealer because I couldn't change the tube myself. He refused to accept it because (quote) "It is almost impossible to change the tube on the rear tyre.

First of all, I am quite pleased with your site and the articles you propose have always fulfilled my expectations. Unfortunately I am obliged to inform you of this incident.
When I went to Galaxus.ch in search of a new means of fast locomotion, I was able to browse through several articles in your catalogue. I stopped on this scooter that you presented as new with some slight traces of use.
I was expecting to have some marks due to people trying it out, so a marked grip at hand level and also on the platform.
I was somewhat disappointed when I received the package. Indeed, I could notice that this vehicle had already more than 300 km on the counter:
- Rust marks are visible on the chassis.
- I have my doubts if this vehicle has never been dropped because the left indicator tip moves compared to the right one, which is fixed.
- The platform where one puts the foot is scratched by various white marks.
Therefore, I don't think it's right to present it as new with little use. In addition, it would have been nice to have some pictures of the item in the description of the article. I am resigned to the fact that I acquired a vehicle that should have been marked as used and therefore with a lower price. I thought I was getting a good deal. But I was wrong, next time I'll be wiser in my quest.
However, I am not closed to the idea of a trade-in. Is it possible to exchange with a new item of the same model?
Very kindly.
