Poor customer support from SoFlow
Faulty app, but you have to rely on it when using the scooter. In my case, the link between the profile and the scooter did not work properly. Soflow support can only be contacted via a contact form on their website and did not fix the error or give me any feedback on the problem for weeks. I'm returning the scooter because I don't want to risk having no way of contacting them in case of further problems with this poor support!

- After 2 KM the rear wheel squeaked.
- Handlebar very stiff, bearing defective.
- Have expected more from a Swiss product.

Receive Soflow04 Basic instead of SoFLow So4Gen3
The model was recorded incorrectly or sold as the wrong one. I received a Soflow04 Basic instead of a SoFlow So4Gen3. This is very annoying, as the technical differences are considerable and the value for money is no longer correct. The pictures are also incorrect and misleading.
The scooter was offered as "used and tested". I assume that at least the correct model has been identified.Gradient - Ähä

Good, but...
I bought this scooter a while back, and I have to say it's been performing really well... except for one major disappointment. The claimed range is nowhere near what the manufacturer promised. In reality, you need to subtract a whopping 50 percent from the advertised value. Because of this, I can't recommend this product. It's just not living up to its specs.
