I bought it for my commute to work, 11 km there and 11 km back, and I'm very happy with it.
I weigh around 95 kg and with my rucksack on my back I'm probably up to 110 kg. The scooter's engine is powerful enough to maintain a speed of 20 km/h throughout the journey. On the way back, I had a fairly long uphill section and I was still going at 20 km/h despite my weight.
Going downhill, I easily reached 30 km/h or 32 km/h and from 30 km/h onwards it started beeping but the scooter didn't slow down.
On a 22 km journey, I have around 56% of the battery left, so I think I could do 50 km on one charge.
The scooter is really heavy, so if you have to take public transport or climb stairs with it, forget about this model as it will be very complicated because of its weight and size.
The shock absorbers are really good and compared to other scooters they provide a lot of comfort.
The indicators are a good idea, but I'm not sure they're much use given where they're placed, as the others behind can't see them very well.
One big drawback, which has nothing to do with the scooter itself, is the speed.
20km/h is extremely slow, doing 11km takes me around 37 minutes, so it takes me almost the same time as when I'm in the car. I used to ride an electric bike at 45km/h and it took me 22 minutes, but on a scooter it's double that time and that's a real shame.
Going to 25km/h like almost everywhere else in Europe would really be a great step forward for the development of this mode of transport, which is really practical.

Makes fun! Thanks to the powerful engine and the shock absorbers with the pneumatic tyres, it is an off-roader, so to speak. It drives strongly over forest paths and uphill slopes and the good workmanship can easily withstand it.

Exceptional! Looking for the best scooter in Switzerland? Look no further, you've found it. Admittedly, it's a considerable investment, but you won't regret a penny of it. Consider its immense size and weight before you buy. If you take it on the train, often have to carry it or put it in your car, you're clearly out of luck. The 4 Pro will be much more suitable (lighter and smaller, yet with excellent autonomy and power for slopes). Otherwise, just go for it!

Defective 2 times in a short time
The workmanship is good and everything feels very sturdy. The cables on the handlebars are not very well taken care of (on my Vmax vx2GT, on the other hand, the cables hardly interfere) you could get stuck.
A minus for me is also the strictly limited speed of 20kmh, 22kmh would still be within the limits (my Vmax easily manages 22kmh). I don't think you're a criminal at 22 km/h. 😅
The suspension, on the other hand, is ingenious and beautifully designed, despite my almost 100kg I ride like on clouds compared to the Vmax without suspension.
The indicators and the lighting in general are very good.
Fortunately, I don't have to lift the bike very often, the robust workmanship and the suspension are reflected in the weight. A good 25kg WOW!
The app has hardly any functions except perhaps the immobiliser.
All in all, I am very satisfied with the product and the fast delivery from Digitec...
