The original Shimano Steps E8000 display has been specifically designed for mountain bikes. The compact and very clear color display is mounted underneath the handlebars to protect it from damage. The display comes with a handlebar mount for 31.8 mm and 35 mm handlebars. The display does not include installation wires, so if the old wire is damaged, you will need a new EW-SD50 wire. EW-SD300 wires, which are connectors with smaller connectors, can be connected using an adapter. The display does not have buttons for switching assistance modes.
