Version: 2.5 kg. The Sport-Thieme Competition Weight Plate, rubber-coated, 50 mm is designed for continuous use in competitive sports and strength training. The rubber coating protects flooring in training rooms and gyms in case a plate falls. It also significantly reduces noise. Inside the hole, there is a stainless steel ring that facilitates the placement on the barbell.
