Lightweight backpack with good features, but falls short due to its awkward lid design.
A backpack designed for year-round use in ski touring, mountaineering, or climbing. The Serles 32 is a spacious yet lightweight touring backpack for extended trips in the mountains. It fits securely and comfortably thanks to the body-contact back (Synergy Mold Light with adjustable aluminum frame). The ergonomically shaped shoulder straps, inspired by trail running, also provide high carrying comfort. The short, flat hip wings can be folded away, ensuring the backpack does not interfere with climbing or wearing a harness. The softly padded shoulder straps feature elastic pockets for quick access to a phone, GPS device, energy bars, or a soft flask water bottle. As a classic top-loader, the main compartment offers ample space for gear such as spare clothing, provisions, a hydration bladder, and the removable rescue bag for avalanche equipment. The height-adjustable lid provides additional storage space. Skis can be attached on the sides, while poles or ice tools can be secured on the front. Each backpack also includes a stowable rope holder and special loops for attaching a helmet, enhancing equipment organization. The Serles 32 touring backpack is made from durable polyamide (52% recycled). Environmentally conscious mountain sports enthusiasts looking to cover a wide range of alpine activities with a single, lightweight backpack will find this product ideal. Additionally, this product is climate neutral: emissions from materials, manufacturing processes, and shipping have been comprehensively assessed and systematically reduced. Currently unavoidable emissions have been fully offset through the independent non-profit organization "myclimate.".
