This high-quality mat is excellently suited as a warm, pleasant exercise mat for yoga and meditation, or as a seating pad for seminars, for equipping seminar rooms, yoga studios, and your home yoga space, as well as a safe surface for yoga therapeutic treatments.

Material of the top side: Pure sheep virgin wool, particularly soft, warm, and dense; excellent quality; pile height approximately 15 mm.
Material of the bottom side: Non-slip, very durable natural latex.

Round Meditation Cushion:
Quality meditation cushion in round shape; ø 35 cm x 15 cm high.

The cover is made of a sturdy cotton fabric, is washable, and the inner cushion with filling is removable. The filling consists of organic spelt husks (kbA). The filling height can be easily adjusted by adding or reducing the amount of spelt husk filling. The filling adapts excellently to the body shape, promoting comfortable sitting with a straight back.
