For TS 98 XEA in XEA design. The sliding rail closing sequence controller DORMA GSR XEA ensures that in double-leaf doors, the active leaf always closes after the inactive leaf. With a push rod clamping system, independent of the door closer's hydraulics, it provides maximum safety and reliability (no door sneaking). An overload protection feature safeguards the closing sequence control and the door construction from damage. The GSR XEA closing controller is suitable for both DIN left and DIN right doors and is combined with TS 98 XEA door closers. Installation is on the hinge side. The maximum door opening angle is approximately 120°. To avoid damage to the door or the door closer, a door stop must be installed. For panic applications on fire and smoke protection doors, the use of the TS 98 XEA GSR on the hinge side is recommended. Suitability note: The TS 98 XEA GSR BG has been tested and quality monitored by the State Material Testing Institute, Dortmund, according to DIN EN 1158. Proof of suitability in conjunction with the respective fire and smoke protection door is additionally required. Version for door widths: V= 1500-2500 mm.
