The Ei600MRF radio module is designed to be installed in battery-operated smoke and heat detectors, creating a wireless network for synchronized alarms throughout the house. When a fire event is detected, all wireless interconnected alarms within the system are triggered – even across different floors and rooms. This is particularly important for protecting children and elderly individuals who are especially vulnerable in the event of a fire. The synchronized alarm forwarding provided by the radio module ensures the safe alerting of all connected alarms in the radio group, thus warning those who may not be able to escape on their own. To activate the Ei600MRF, the radio module is inserted into the back of a detector. Through programming, all compatible devices can be automatically connected. Subsequently, the extended functions of the detector accessory can be easily utilized.
