The LinkIQ™ can measure lengths up to 305 meters and provides distance to faults such as interruptions, short circuits, and unterminated cables. The included MS-IE Remote Adapter enables the detection of miswired pairs and split pairs on terminated RJ45, M12X, M12D, and M8D cables. The LinkIQ™ supports Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, and other industrial Ethernet protocols, qualifying bandwidth from 10BASE-T to 10GBASE-T (10 Mbit/s to 10 Gbit/s) cabling. It also offers Nearest Switch diagnostics, including advertised data rate, switch name, port number, and VLAN information, as well as PoE and load testing up to Class 8 (90 W).
