This multifunctional sealing tape is designed for airtight and driving rainproof sealing of window and door connection joints, while also providing thermal insulation properties throughout the entire construction depth. The newly developed inner stepped tape and the resulting increased compression on the inside meet the requirements for passive houses, new builds, and renovations. Regarding water vapor diffusion, the sealing tape TP652 meets the requirement of "tighter on the inside than on the outside" according to the RAL guidelines for installation.
