Marabu Napkin Varnish & Glue, 250 ml. Matte. The Marabu napkin varnish and glue is a matte, colorless varnish and adhesive for napkin techniques. It dries transparent, is smudge-proof and weather-resistant, and is water-based. After 30 minutes, the glue/varnish is dust-dry.
