Urea Pump - 40 l/min - 230 V

Urea reduces nitrogen oxide emissions from diesel engines. But how does it get into the tank? The MSW-AOP40 urea pump provides a reliable and fast way to supply your customers in the workshop, at the gas station, or in the fleet with the urea-water solution. Alternatively, the pump can also be used for urea solutions such as DEF or Sus 32, alcohol, ethanol, ammonia, water, windshield washer fluid, or organic acids.

The urea pump impresses with a high flow rate of 40 l/min at a pressure of 2.8 bar. This allows for reliable draining and filling of the auxiliary tank in cars, trucks, or other vehicles with urea liquid at an operating temperature of -30 to +60 °C.

The self-priming pump can also be mounted above the container from which the liquid is to be drawn. This is made possible by a suction power of 5 m, which the diaphragm pump is equipped with. The built-in pressure switch automatically starts and stops as soon as a supply valve is opened, making operation particularly easy.

In addition to urea, the pump can also be used for other liquids such as urea solutions (DEF or Sus 32), alcohol, ethanol, ammonia, windshield washer fluid, organic acids, and other non-flammable substances. The construction of the urea pump is particularly durable, and it cannot be damaged if it runs dry for an extended period.
