The spicy aroma of the wood and the mild smoky note enhance meat, fish, and vegetables. Soak the grilling board for at least one hour before use; depending on your taste, you can add beer, dissolved salt, or lemon juice. After soaking, dry the wood and lightly brush it with oil. Tip: Sprinkling some coarse sea salt on the board makes it easier to remove the grilled food later. Now simply place the food on the board, close the grill lid, and look forward to the delicious result. Available in 2 sizes: L/W 17.5 x 35 cm and 15 x 40 cm.
