In the photo, the sockets are for 110 volts. For Germany and Switzerland there are 2 sockets for 230 volts. They can be loaded with 600 watts. For Switzerland, a bridging socket with 3 poles is supplied. This works very well. I use a device like the one in the picture with a Swiss plug. That is supplied. Do not order it separately.
Yes, according to the manual, the USB-C output makes max. 100W (20V 5A). However, I was unable to test this due to the lack of a USB-C device to charge. An adapter cable from the solar panel (MC4 connector) to the powerbank (XT60 connector known from model making) is included.
Service cases for this item are handled at a service centre in Germany. Therefore, this item never has to be shipped outside the country. Whether licensed centres are also available in other countries would have to be requested from the manufacturer.
Yes, you can do that without any problems. Either directly on the usb-c connection if you have usb-c on lightning or usb-A on lightning. Alternatively, you can also use the sockets.
It may not be the answer you are looking for, but I found the EcoFlow panels to be too expensive - I bought a 190 watt panel for motorhomes around 150 euros, which also charges my River Max in 3-4 hours and costs a fraction. You just have to pay attention to the volt/ampere values of the panel when buying.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical equipment with a Swiss plug. If the appliance is supplied with a foreign plug, a suitable replacement cable should be supplied if the mains cable is pluggable or alternatively if the mains cable is permanently connected, a suitable adapter should be supplied. If the appliance is delivered without a suitable plug, complain to the customer service and insist on a cable or an adapter, free of charge. In my opinion, the EcoFlow solar panel 110 Watt fits best. In full sunshine, you can charge it in a day. Here in Switzerland there are about 70 watts per hour. Available at Galaxus. The connection cables are included. Enter on the Internet: Galaxus EcoFlow solar panel. Other models available,
This appliance delivers 600 watts and can deliver a maximum of 1200 watts. Appliances that require more than 600 watts are throttled if the electronics of the appliance allow this. I don't know how much your coffee machine needs. At 600 watts, the battery lasts 1 hour.
Yes, that should work. According to the Ecoflow website, the solar input of the River Max can handle up to 25 V, 200 W, 12A.
I do not know
Hello Arthobc I don't know if you can link to youtube videos, but I found exactly what you were looking for. https://youtu.be/UV9Mg5CQaJU Hope I could help Greetings Don
I did not find any corresponding information in the operating instructions and we did not connect the River to the car battery. Basically, we are very satisfied with the device.
I received the answer from the manufacturer. The solar charge controller limits the power to 200W, provided that no more than 65V is received. If the voltage exceeds 65V at the solar input, the voltage converter will be damaged.
mAh is not a good unit for power capacity because it depends on the voltage that is drawn. To compare battery capacities, it is best to always use the watt-hours (Wh) that are also given. These are comparable 1:1 between different models. In the case of the Ecoflow batteries, the mAh figure is obviously based on a voltage of 28.8 V, so the result is correct. If you calculate the mAh with a voltage of 5 V (USB connection), the result is 115000 mAh.
Good evening - apparently not, but the whole thing (also the battery) can be found on galaxus: https://www.galaxus.ch/search?q=ecoflow Sincerely
576 WH are always 576 WH regardless of the number of volts. Just as a car has a 50 litre tank, for example, regardless of how fast you drive it.
You need to buy an MC4 EcoFlow cable. Then you can connect it to the charging socket. Select length as required. Also available from Galaxus.
No problem. I immediately got a replacement plug when I asked.
