The GF3 SLIM - fiberglass rod with a diameter of 3 mm is a cable pulling device without a meter counter. With a maximum diameter of only 4.5 mm, it is ideally suited for retrofitting in occupied pipes or for laying fiber optic cables (FTTH - Fiber To The Home). The 3 mm fiberglass rod features a patented RG4.5 guiding tip with twist compensation and is stored in an extremely impact-resistant plastic box. The newly developed RG4.5 guiding tip with front thread RTG 3 mm, including twist compensation, allows for bending radii of up to R = 40 mm. The automatic retraction safety prevents the fiberglass rod from unintentionally slipping back into the box. The box can be opened for maintenance with just one screw at the back. This also allows for the removal of the integrated accessory box, which contains a 14-piece accessory set. The included adapter thread with RTG 3 mm internal thread to RTG 6 mm external thread enables many combination options. Additionally, the box features an ergonomic carrying handle and an anti-slip coating on the back. The total breaking load of 100 kg refers to the 3 mm fiberglass rod including the RG4.5 guiding tip with twist compensation. Optimal application area: for pipe inner diameters of 5 mm - 40 mm.
