SKF Needle Bushings, HK 1210 12x16x10

Needle bushings of type HK are needle bearings with a thin-walled outer ring made using a chipless manufacturing process. Their key features include a very low cross-section height and high load capacity. They are primarily used where housing bores cannot be designed as raceways for needle cages and where particularly space-saving and economical bearings are desired. They are pressed into the housing bore and fit securely. This allows for simple and cost-effective manufacturing of housing bores when no shoulders or retaining rings are needed for axial positioning. The outer ring made of hardened steel sheet and the cage-guided needle cage form a self-holding unit.
