The SunSun CEF-26000 high-performance pond pump is designed for continuous operation, with a flow rate of 26,000 l/h and a power consumption of only 135 W. It can be used universally as a pond pump, stream pump, or for water circulation.

Depending on the application, the optimal circulation cycle depends on various factors: fish stock, aquatic plants, sunlight exposure, and desired water clarity. Of course, other components of the filtration system may need to be coordinated accordingly.

The following guidelines apply:
Koi pond/fish pond:
• 1 cycle every 3 hours
• 2 circulations in 1 hour (without planting and with high fish stock)

Garden pond/plant pond:
For a pond without fish stock, less circulation is necessary. Here, a daily circulation can be used as a guideline to enrich the pond water with oxygen and keep the water moving.

Swimming pond:
In this case, the circulation cycle heavily depends on the planting and personal expectations. The upper limit is set at 1 x every 2–3 hours, while the lower limit is "no circulation."
