The SunSun CUF-5800 pond pump with 5,200 l/h at 55 watts is a true multitasker. This pond pump provides everything needed to keep your pond clean.

The integrated pond pump ensures continuous and reliable water circulation. The included attachments allow it to be used as both a pond and fountain pump.

Additionally, a filter sponge and three filter stages ensure biologically optimal cleaning of the pond water. The three filter stages are already equipped with bio balls and filter gravel.

A built-in 11-watt UVC pond clarifier is also part of this compact system. The cleaned water can be returned via the included fountain or a hose.

Depending on the intended use, the optimal circulation cycle depends on various factors: fish stock, aquatic plants, sunlight exposure, and desired water clarity. Naturally, other components of the filtration cycle may need to be coordinated accordingly.

The following guidelines apply:
Koi pond/fish pond:
1 cycle every 3 hours
2 circulations in 1 hour (without planting and with high fish stock)

Garden pond/plant pond:
For a pond without fish stock, less circulation is necessary. Here, a daily circulation can be taken as a guideline to enrich the pond water with oxygen and keep the water in motion.

Swimming pond:
The circulation cycle here is highly dependent on the planting and personal expectations. The upper limit is set at 1 time every 2-3 hours, while the lower limit is "no circulation."
