An armoured hose, also known as a flexible hose, is a particularly flexible connection hose with a wide range of uses, including in the heating and sanitary sector.

This Italian-made armoured hose has an inner core made of flexible plastic (EPDM), which is covered with a sturdy stainless steel braid. This makes it very pressure-resistant and kink-proof, so that the connection hose is also ideally suited for corners that are difficult to access. The stainless steel braiding also makes the hose corrosion-resistant. This means it can also be used outdoors, for example to connect a garden or water pump. The inner EPDM hose makes it food-safe. This is why the hose is also certified by the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW).

The connections of the flexible hose are made of high-quality brass. On one side, the connection is fitted with a G3/4″ union nut (24.12 mm). The second connection is fitted with a G1/2″ external thread (20.95 mm).

The flex hose has a length of 1000 mm and an inner diameter of 13 mm (DN13).
