Yes the gate for the ready compost is at the bottom (green). Unfortunately the container is not very stable, the walls tend to open up when it is full. You might need to reinforce walls, eg by tying it up with a rope around the container.
The good thing is that the composting works well and you will get very gut compost at the bottom after 1.5-2 yrs without any mixing, but make sure you chop up big items such as branches to ensure that they are degraded. I hope this helps
