I wanted to ask if the T5 floor cleaning accessory is included in the package, or is there only the K4 cleaner and the T5 accessory has to be bought separately?

I bought this product about 3 weeks ago and it was delivered exactly as pictured. Incl. T5 T-Racer.

According to the description, the T5 surface cleaner is included. I am very satisfied with the appliance.
