Doppelkopf - German Edition - ASS Altenburger
The game is played similarly to Skat: the objective is to win tricks and earn points (also known as eyes). The goal of the game is to reach more than half of the points (i.e., 120). A key appeal of the game lies in not knowing at the start with whom you will be playing, but rather discovering it during the game (or not). Typically, the two players who hold a Queen of Spades ("Red Queen") play together (the Red side), while the other two players form the Contra side. However, there are several special games where this rule is set aside.
