The balloon can be filled with helium or air and will float with helium for 3-7 days. Attaching a weight (35 g) prevents it from flying away unintentionally. The self-sealing valve allows the balloon to be refilled repeatedly. For inflating with air, we recommend a pump that inflates in both directions and has a narrow inflation adapter. The pump must be inserted deep enough into the inflation valve for it to open. Inflating with a straw is also possible.
