Tupolev-144D "Charger" The world's first supersonic passenger aircraft was developed into a Tu-144. It was designed by the A.N. Tupolev Design Bureau. The Tu-144D modification, equipped with RD-36-51A engines and an extended range of 5300 km, was designed in 1974. A total of 5 Tu-144D aircraft were built by 1984. This kit can be assembled in either ground or flight configurations. It includes decals for 2 versions.
