Downforce: Wild Ride, an expansion for Downforce, features two new tracks on a double-sided board, along with 3D ramps and wild animals that can be used on the new tracks. Aloha Sands offers water jumps. Cars can use ramps if they are going fast enough. By using ramps, you can overtake other cars and move more efficiently, so managing your speed cards to utilize them is important. On the savanna track, wild animals cross the path and block it. They move forward after a car has passed them. This makes the track more challenging for the leading car and opens up opportunities for the waiting cars, making it worthwhile to hold back a bit before you take off. These new tracks add a bit more strategy to the game and provide Downforce veterans with a whole new gaming experience.
