The four explorers move forward inside the temple. A spinner indicates how far they are allowed to go. Covered temple tiles are flipped over in the target area, and it’s exciting to see what lies beneath. Is it a key, marked with a symbol they need to remember later? Or do they fall into a trap? With each turn, the wild monkey guardian moves forward, always towards the nearest explorer. If he catches an explorer, they fall over in fright. It’s good if they have a magical potion. Ladders to escape from traps and matches to illuminate unknown rooms help the players explore the temple and find all the keys needed to open the doors.
