EP gelcoat colourless with hardener. Translucent (translucent, but not transparent). Can be coloured with colour pastes. Thixotropic (does not run). Produced under vacuum, therefore optimally free of air bubbles and homogeneous. Not UV-resistant in the long term (yellowing = darkens slightly), therefore it should be protected from UV radiation by an additional varnish (clear or opaque colour varnishes) if required. Colourless, non-running topcoat resin for fine layers (outer layer of laminates), can be coloured opaquely with our universal colour pastes and transparently/translucent with our transparent colours. Apply by brush, roller or spatula. Consumption: approx. 0.3 kg/m². Mixing ratio: 100 : 38 parts by weight resin : hardener. Processing time (100 g preparation/20 °C): 40 minutes. Gelening time (0.2 mm/20 °C): approx. 2.5 hours. Curing time (23 °C): 24 hours. New, improved hardener quality: free from nonylphenol and DETA. Storage/keeping: In unopened original containers, dark and above 15 °C for at least 2-3 years.
