The kicker rods have a diameter of 15.8 mm, commonly referred to as 16 mm rods. Typically, foosball sliding bearings have a diameter of 16 mm, which is why the kicker rods are 0.2 - 0.3 mm thinner, allowing them to run in the foosball table bearings with enough support but minimal friction. The rods have 4 mm drill holes for attaching the kicker figures. The holes are precisely drilled, accurately and parallel through the center of the rods. This allows the screws for the kicker figures to be easily passed through the rods, ensuring that the figures stand perfectly side by side.
