Size: 8 ft. Stradivari natural slate panels for billiard tables come from Italy. They are diamond-ground within minimal tolerances, eliminating any height offset. Embedded in the panels are 3-point metal connectors, allowing the panels to be easily, precisely, and seamlessly pushed together. The 25 mm thick slate panels guarantee excellent playing and rolling characteristics. Italian Stradivari slate playing fields are extremely stable and hard, forming the heart of every table. Cheaper slate from overseas is more likely to warp, potentially damaging the table and compromising the playing experience. Therefore, we place the greatest importance on this part of the table. An MDF frame is mounted under the slate panels, to which the billiard cloth can be stapled. The panels shown here are without the MDF frame (otherwise identical).
