Description: 1:48 German Tank Panther Type G This model is a replica of the German tank "Panther Type G," which was produced from 1943 until the end of World War II and represented the German response to the T-34. The Panther tank was equipped with sloped armor, a powerful 700-horsepower Maybach engine, and a turret mounted far back on the hull, featuring a 75-mm L/70 gun. Due to its large propellant charge and long barrel, the main gun was even more devastating than its 75 mm size would suggest. The Ausf.G included versions with a heating unit installed above the left engine fan and a lower lip piece added to the mantle to eliminate the shot trap.
