The display model is a replica of the Japanese battleship Yamato in 1:700 scale. The high level of detail is reflected in the replicated 46 cm guns, the widened bow, and the realistically modeled armor belts, showcasing the appearance of the Yamato from 1941. The main turret features separately attached gun barrels. Onboard, there are, for example, 15.5 cm secondary guns as well as 12.7 cm high-angle guns for air defense. In addition to the armament, the detection systems, such as the rangefinder and compass, are realistically reproduced, providing a detailed overall picture along with the crane.
