Neuroshima Hex: Year of Moloch (English) is a strategy board game set in the post-apocalyptic world of Neuroshima. Each player commands one of four armies: Borgo, Hegemony, Moloch, or Outpost. Each army deck consists of 34 tiles featuring warriors, modules, and actions. You start the game with your headquarters having 20 hit points and wage war against your opponent in a back-and-forth strategic battle as you place and manipulate your tiles. You win by destroying your opponent's headquarters or if a player runs out of game pieces and your headquarters has taken less damage than your opponent's.

Armies engage in endless battles in the world of the original Neuroshima role-playing game: a post-apocalyptic universe torn apart by the war between humans and machines. The remnants of humanity have taken refuge in the ruins of cities, organizing small communities, gangs, and armies. Conflicts between such groups are common—territory, food, and equipment are scarce, and the fight is worth it. Additionally, the destroyed cities are constantly patrolled by machines from the north, where Moloch, a massive cybernetic entity, has emerged. In the vast wastelands surrounding the remnants of once-great cities, another enemy resides: Borgo, a charismatic leader commanding an army of ruthless mutants. The Outpost is one of humanity's last hopes, and its perfectly organized army conducts guerrilla warfare against Moloch at every turn. However, most human settlements, including the Hegemony, only engage in battle when Moloch comes knocking at their door. This is the world of Neuroshima.
